These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and pk234 ("we", "us", "our", "pk234") governing your access to and use of the pk234 website located at pk234.ws, including all products, services, and features made available through the platform.
By clicking "Register", creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the pk234 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the pk234 platform.

pk234 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, and any pending withdrawals may be held until documentation is provided and verified.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account with pk234. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If pk234 identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts except the first verified account may be closed and any balances or bonuses in the additional accounts will be voided.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not use another person's identity, provide false information, or use fictitious names. pk234 will rely on the information you provide for verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.
The information required to register a pk234 account includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
pk234 is required to verify the identity of its members as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of your payment method. You consent to pk234 conducting identity checks using third-party verification providers. KYC verification is a condition of making withdrawals above Rs 10,000 in any 30-day period.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk234 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. pk234 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared, failed to protect, or otherwise compromised your login credentials.
pk234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. You can enable 2FA from your account security settings at any time.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk234 support immediately via live chat so that the account can be frozen pending investigation. pk234 will investigate all reported security incidents and take appropriate action. You must cooperate fully with any investigation, including providing documentation if requested.
pk234 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pk234 and asking for your password, do not respond and report it to support immediately.
All deposits and transactions at pk234 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted, and any such funds received may be returned to the originating payment method. Attempting to deposit from a third-party account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your pk234 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes.
pk234 operates exclusively in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees on any transaction at pk234. The amount you deposit in PKR is the exact amount credited to your account balance.
pk234 does not accept deposits from sources associated with illegal activity. Any deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities. pk234 has zero tolerance for money laundering.
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15–45 minutes for verified accounts. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours. Card withdrawals are processed within 2–5 working days. There are no pk234 processing fees on any withdrawal.
Before your first withdrawal or when your cumulative withdrawals within a 30-day period exceed Rs 10,000, pk234 will require you to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawal requests will be held pending verification completion. Verified accounts experience no additional documentation delays.
If your account balance includes bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus spins that have not yet cleared the associated wagering requirement, only the portion of your balance that represents cleared, real-money funds is available for withdrawal. The bonus portion must complete wagering before it can be withdrawn. Your pk234 account dashboard clearly shows which portion of your balance is real money and which is subject to wagering.
Standard accounts can withdraw up to Rs 2,00,000 per day and Rs 5,00,000 per week. VIP Gold and Diamond members have higher withdrawal limits — details are available in the pk234 VIP programme terms. pk234 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus Terms.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement at pk234 is 25x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,25,000 in total bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless a different time limit is specified for a particular promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games and table games contribute 10%. Progressive jackpot slots do not contribute to wagering requirements and may not be played using bonus funds. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) to qualify for wagering contribution.
pk234 has systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including patterns of low-risk betting designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. If pk234 determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a software error or pricing mistake, or otherwise attempted to manipulate bonus terms, pk234 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated while the bonus was active, and close the account.
pk234 only ever sends one welcome bonus per member. If you see a message claiming you can claim the welcome bonus again, contact support — it may be a fraudulent communication not from pk234.
All bets placed at pk234 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event, which are published within the sportsbook. These general betting terms apply to all wagers placed through the pk234 sportsbook.
A bet is only confirmed and binding once pk234 has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been accepted and no wager has been placed. In the event of a communications or technical failure, the bet will be reviewed based on the odds that were current at the time of the wager attempt.
pk234 may void a bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start; (b) there was a manifest error in the odds offered; (c) it is proven that the result was influenced by match-fixing or corruption; (d) a bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or (e) the bet violated any specific sport rule as described in the sportsbook. When a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to your pk234 balance.
The minimum stake on any single sportsbook bet at pk234 is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by sport, event, and market. Maximum stake information is displayed in the betslip before you confirm your wager. pk234 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any member on any market at its sole discretion.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time of placement. Markets may be suspended at any time during live play at pk234's discretion. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and not accepted. pk234 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to manage in-play markets fairly.
All casino games and slot titles available at pk234 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, and others. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by the respective provider. pk234 does not interfere with or control game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet or spin, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to your pk234 balance. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk234 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

pk234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or losses arising from your reliance on the platform being continuously available. The pk234 platform is provided "as available" and pk234 does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk234's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pk234's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your pk234 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. If your account has a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, and you have completed all applicable wagering requirements, the remaining balance will be refunded to your primary payment method within 5 working days.
pk234 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pk234 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you are discovered to be under 18; (d) your account is found to be a duplicate; or (e) continued operation of the account would violate applicable regulations. In cases of fraud or serious terms violation, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.
pk234 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk234 will notify registered members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the pk234 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk234 is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between you and pk234 directly may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of pk234's licensing jurisdiction.
